This could be improved
Disastrous communication. I was allowed to edit videos for this company for free and received promising feedback. Then I had to wait for 2 months, during which I was promised a "trial day", which was postponed 3 times and finally cancelled. All this just to receive a rejection out of nowhere. Thank you Energy!

Die Kommunikation im jungen und manchmal auch junggebliebenen Team ist äußerst erfreulich, und auch neue Mitarbeiter finden sehr schnell den Weg ins Team und können sich sofort eingliedern.

Führungskräfte sollten lernen, Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten zu verteilen und Lob auszusprechen. Dies wäre für beide Seiten von enormem Nutzen und würde das Klima erheblich verbessern.
