The working atmosphere is very familiar due to the manageable size. The hierarchy is flat, which results in pleasantly short decision paths. As an employee, management gives you a lot of freedom and competence, which makes your work interesting and efficient.

The cooperation with the producer in Denmark is sometimes a bit difficult. The difficulties, however, are no more serious than in other companies with different international locations or divisions.
