The working atmosphere is great. Team spirit is the best thing about this job. But the job (in project management) is super hard. It's sales. Even as a super ambitious person, you reach your limits here. In the long run you learn a lot, but mentally it costs a lot... Not for people who like to stay in their comfort zone. Location is perfect.

Working conditions could be improved. More support for the respective projects.
