The working atmosphere in the young team is very pleasant and a contemporary corporate philosophy is clearly noticeable. As an SME with currently 10 employees, we have the opportunity to respond to the individual needs of all employees. This builds trust and creates room for personal initiative. This increases employee motivation and leads to greater identification with the projects, which has a positive impact on their success.
