Very pleasant team, very nice leadership style of the rescue service management. Very good working material and regular purchase of new ambulances. The management responds to each employee and his wishes, within the framework of the possibilities, and tries to find a common solution that fulfils all requirements. This usually works very well. Everyone can contribute his or her strengths to the company and this is highly appreciated.
This could be improved
As in every company, there are things for everyone that you can get angry about in everyday life, but I can't think of a concrete example of what I consider a good sign... I can only recommend you to apply and take a picture on site!
