Unfortunately, the salary does not correspond to the work one has to do. High demands are made on the employees and one would prefer to hire only studied people, but does not want to pay the corresponding wage. The majority is dissatisfied, which is also known - however, no action is taken. The apprentices do not stay and one does not receive new specialists.
Likewise, part-time work below 80% is not welcome. Thus it is difficult to bring family and occupation under a hat.
A rethinking would be urgently necessary.
