In comparison with other companies, the application process was found to be very pleasant and helpful. Deadlines were met and communication was open right from the start. Despite its size, Valiant is very family. This is very convenient for an employee, because at the beginning there is still a lot that is very new. I was quickly accepted personally and introduced to the day-to-day business. After almost 4 months I feel comfortable and integrated.

As in many large companies, there is sometimes too much gardening in the departments. However, this is not owed to the company, but to the individual employees and should not be interpreted negatively for the company.
