Modern leadership is not to be expected, innovation is not in demand, used to be known for a social, almost familial attitude, this is a thing of the past since the new CEO (familial it is mainly for those with vitamin B to higher positions in the office). Your primary job as a Siwä is not valued as much as if you were a construction worker. Taking on more responsibility as head of security, AKO etc very much BUT there is not more pay for it. Double standards regarding rules and regulations, internally it is best to let the AL do everything and hope that there will be no control... Work schedules are extremely short term, fixed on Friday for the coming week - not necessarily a family friendly job. A lot of money is saved on travel time, hotel only available after the first night shift (even if the journey takes 3 hours or more and at the expense of the track workers who regularly do so-called "work preparations" before and after the shifts, during unpaid time, and no one dares to say anything loudly against it...

Nothing yet, am still waiting for confirmation for a holiday work in my summer vacation 2-3 weeks. I really want to get the apprenticeship with you (WALO Bertschinger AG).

I was at your shed and it was wonderful, we had bad weather but I did not care. I had a lot of fun and I enjoyed my job.

You can tell it's a family business. Further training is supported, and many training courses are offered within the company. The esteem is rather high, there are benefits and a lot is offered for the employees. Independent work is supported.

We continue to focus on succession planning, both at management level and for construction site personnel.

Team cohesion among the workers. Interesting tasks and varied.

Not good executives. Appreciation very poor Very bad organization
