The management on site is very competent and collegial. There is a direct, personal exchange, unlike with HR. When problems arise, solutions are sought rather than blame being apportioned. Open, collegial team, very helpful and competent. The working atmosphere on site is first class.

In principle, everything is fine, but HR in Zurich shows no consideration for the concerns and situation of employees. The solutions they propose are completely impersonal and inconsiderate. HR simply leaves people in the lurch, but the hope is for trusting cooperation for as long as possible. If they were to stand up for their employees and support them, the chances of this happening would be greater. Part of the vehicle fleet could also be renewed, taking into account the well-being of the drivers.

Nothing is going well, it's just a facade. Employees are constantly leaving and new ones joining, and they always stay only briefly, because after the probationary period, the theater begins.

Respect employees, accept criticism, repair vehicles to work in proper conditions. In the event of a malfunction report, they do not respect the indications and it should continue to work even if there is a malfunction, because it is about billing and not about the safety of all involved.
