- Quick contact after my application - Getting to know each other well during the interview (incl. tour of the in-house showroom) - Personnel specialist and group leader made a very competent impression. - I was at all times immediately informed of the further course of action. - On the taster day I was very well introduced to the work processes by an employee and after that a tour of the camp with the group leader followed. Conclusion: I've been over the entire application process. 4 weeks lasted, always noticed and felt well. Despite my professionalism, I was always treated with respect and fairness by the personnel specialist and group leader. I look forward to taking up my post soon. When I was invited to the test work, I would have liked to have received more information about work clothes and equipment. If necessary, send the invitation by e-mail, with more detailed information. However, I was also told that I could always call if there were any uncertainties. I didn't do this in the case.

Due to the size of the company, certain processes / changes take some time, but this is always well justified and absolutely comprehensible.

As an applicant, it was clear to me right from the start what Bossard AG wanted from its new employee. The interview was clearly structured. All my important questions have been answered. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. Communication on further procedures and filling of vacancies took place promptly.

For me it was one of the best application processes I was allowed to go through. They met at eye level.

- Very professional interview and exciting company presentation - I was allowed to get to know the team over a coffee together, which was very pleasant. - I was well informed, could ask many questions and didn't have to wait long for an answer after the first and second interviews.

I had to wait a bit for the invitation to the first interview, but I was informed that many applications had arrived and that the selection therefore needed some time.
