As an applicant, it was clear to me right from the start what Bossard AG wanted from its new employee. The interview was clearly structured. All my important questions have been answered. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. Communication on further procedures and filling of vacancies took place promptly.

For me it was one of the best application processes I was allowed to go through. They met at eye level.

Conclusion: I've been over the entire application process. 4 weeks lasted, always noticed and felt well. Despite my professionalism, I was always treated with respect and fairness by the personnel specialist and group leader. I look forward to taking up my post soon. When I was invited to the test work, I would have liked to have received more information about work clothes and equipment. If necessary, send the invitation by e-mail, with more detailed information. However, I was also told that I could always call if there were any uncertainties. I didn't do this in the case.
