This works well in the company
Surely very good I the own restaurant and the until then free coffee, the also free drinking water and the personnel parking lots. The company culture is not to be criticized - it is only the power that is given to the individual division managers.
This could be improved
There are very different departments and department heads. Just to help out in another department feels like a change of company. Expressing an open opinion is not beneficial for the employee. It would be wonderful if everyone understood German.
