More appearances than his... HR extremely weak and superiors not interested in employee training. No, thank you!

Promise the blue of the sky
But nothing to offer in reality. Basic salary very low, as commission and bonus there are Migros vouchers. As an Aldi buyer, it's no use to me. An example of many: Migros Rinds Entrecote costs 122.50 a kilo, with Aldi, Lidl, Denner etc on average 40 francs. So four times more expensive. Only because Generali has had a partnership with Migros for years. Besides, I don't feel like doing the cashier's job after work and going to the self scanner... Training is not paid, only promised. After the further education it means then no... Well, fuck me... I filed a resignation. In HR I see only black, lack of qualification!

Explicitly excluding women!
This works well in the company
Unfortunately, the 20th century has not yet arrived at Generali. They're actually just looking for male powers. That says it all: women with expertise are not welcome.
This could be improved
HR - openness for female professionals, managers, experts.

Engaged discussions
It was noticeable that one represents added value for the company with one's own skills, that Generali showed interest in me, positive basic attitude of the interviewer. Very personal atmosphere, open and straightforward.

Forwarding application process
This works well in the company
The application process was uncomplicated and took place in a friendly atmosphere. The communication was extremely fast and one appreciates the strengths that one brings along as an employee.
This could be improved
I cannot criticize anything because of the fast and positive application process.

Super Recruiting Process!!
My application was received very positively. It was very important to me that I know my future position well. The bad and the good sides were highlighted. Generali made the most positive impression of all HR processes, both in terms of the interview process and the atmosphere in the team. My reasons for refusing were simply that I preferred a position that was not in process optimization.

pleasant recruiting process
This works well in the company
I felt very valued throughout the entire recruiting process. The atmosphere in the discussions was pleasant and the line and HR were well prepared, so that I immediately felt comfortable. They also took enough time for my questions, so that I could get a good picture.
This could be improved
As in all larger companies, the response time sometimes took some time, but I didn't find that disturbing.

Strange climate and business practices
This works well in the company
Based on my experience, I can't write anything good even after many years
This could be improved
My salary is not bad, but I still give it 1 star because what Generali does to its policyholders makes me want to give up the job. I can only confirm what KGeld.ch wrote in December 2023, for example, about the mixed life/savings policies. I'm not allowed to write here about how policyholders are treated here and I simply cannot accept it. I don't want to be complicit either, neither with my relatives and acquaintances nor anywhere else.

Very satisfied
This works well in the company
The application process was much faster than with other companies, received a reply quite quickly and set a deadline very quickly. Yeah, you actually wear yourself out from the beginning. But in most industries (except services, which are slowly changing) this is already quite common, so I can't understand the outraged comments below. A very human atmosphere both in conversation and in everyday work.
This could be improved
They are mainly individuals with potential for improvement, but they exist in every company. Perhaps the wage policy should be reconsidered.

All in all OK
This works well in the company
The employees are all nice and helpful. It's a nice mix of genders, cultures and other internal service providers which makes the work, team play and environment enjoyable. All of this just not from a home office perspective. Support from superiors is available and offered. Salary and benefits are fair.
This could be improved
Due to permanent cost-cutting measures and constant pressure to perform with decreasing team size and constant/increasing areas of activity, the working atmosphere is suffering. You notice that certain people are dissatisfied, but somehow have to come to terms or draw consequences. Additional reorgs further burden the climate. Within a year the climate has gone from good to satisfactory. Unless something changes this will continue. Right now, everyone / every team is mainly looking out for themselves. This was not always the case and is therefore a pity to observe. Unfortunately, it doesn't make Generali very attractive as an employer at the moment.
