The first meeting took place digitally via a telephone interview. In the second meeting, I was able to get to know the company and contact person in person and really appreciated the positive atmosphere. The contact was directly on a first-name basis and at eye level.

The invitation for the interview after the application could have been a little faster.

Unfortunately, I haven't experienced anything positive with this company .

No response to application, although I was told by phone that I would be contacted for feedback in any case. A copy/paste rejection in an email takes less than a minute and shows respect to people...
