You work more independently and you are not watched so often.

It would be great if the current management had some training in this area, then there wouldn't be so much chaos in the language department.

I can't say. I only had one job interview.

I applied for this position and quickly received an invitation to an interview. After our interview, I was assured of a clear timeframe for feedback, but unfortunately this promise was not kept. Despite my efforts to contact the HR specialist by phone, I have still not received a definitive answer or invitation to a further interview. Such a lack of communication and delay is extremely unprofessional and disappointing for applicants.

High value is placed on communication and information to employees. This is a big plus and I like it very much to be able to do my job successfully. Many thanks for this.

Due to the dynamic changes of today's world, there is a constant need for improvement. And that works excellently here.

I really enjoy working at Bénédict and I can say with a clear conscience that I haven't felt so comfortable in a company for a long time.

The company definitely still has potential for optimization and modernization in certain areas, namely HR, finance and IT, although corresponding projects are already underway. Comes good!
