2 years Aryzta, my feedback for you (HR is interested in a wet dirt) - HR changes employees like underwear. Leadership and social competence below the belt. Training and further education with HR absent. imagination up to the top available in abundance. Unable to recruit the right employee or no interest in specialists due to competition. - There's a war going on in the customer center. Men versus women. Team leader plays employees off against each other and thus guarantees your position as leader and can soon give your own son a job. Nepotism in all departments. Mommy gets jobs for the kids, qualification plays a subordinate role. - Working climate is TOXIC! - One is underpaid, so the last motivation to work in this company is gone.

Improvement is rewarded with dismissal. Keep your hands off this company and get informed in Google about the history of Aryzta and the economic situation...

I enjoyed Aryzta very much back then. Would still be there today if I hadn't started my own business. I couldn't resist the temptation to take full responsibility. I wish all current competitors, especially those in marketing, all the best!

As long as the turnover is right, everything goes well for them. But if there is a crisis, like Corona + turnover loss, then they don't look at who you are, what you have done for this company and put you on the street. For the management and HR you will always be an object or a material. You will never be treated humanly...

You are to watch on listen to employees as an object and treat them as material.

Career opportunities are unfortunately somewhat limited, as there is not so much rotation or fluctuation within Hiestand/Aryzta in Switzerland, nor are there so many opportunities for advancement. There is also no overview of what opportunities are available within the European organization. And of course - nowhere is everything perfect and there is always room for improvement. But management and employees pull together!
