I have been working for the Glencore for about two years now and can say that the atmosphere is very positive. It is interesting and motivating to work in such a multicultural environment where openness and entrepreneurial spirit are lived every day. I like the simplicity and effectiveness of the workflows and appreciate the fact that the company has given me a significant responsibility after only a short time. As a current employee, I can say that the company demands a lot from its employees, but also gives a lot back. The company is a unique player in its field and you can feel that when you work for it.

The worst management

Stay away from this company. I joined in an area and the internal mood was already bad. Managers are very political, traders think they are god´s or something like that super cocky attitude. No care for you as a person and management behave really like...well, you get the idea. They pay well and give nice presents to keep everybody "happy" otherwise the whole thing would fall apart.

- Good salary - You have some benefits regarding Food expenses - You have 3 bistros

No organisation, bad work clima, very arrogant people, the Company tries to statisfy the employees with money and doesn't care about other things. I wouldn't recommend this Company to anyone.
