Among other things, I found the organisation and communication in the work and project processes to be unsatisfactory. I also found it problematic that individual software engineers (or entire project teams) were told that they were slower than expected with progress. In these cases, as far as I could see, this was not due to the consultant(s), but to the organisation and general conditions, so that it did not go any faster.
