Simply a great company where you really enjoy coming to work. As an employee, you are valued, challenged and encouraged. The working hours are flexible depending on the department and there is the possibility of a home office for office employees. The working atmosphere across departments is very informal and positive. The work is also very varied due to the size of the company, which I personally like.
