Executive / Manager
Dear employee. Thank you very much for your review and for sharing your concerns. We think it is a pity that you do not raise your concerns and suggestions for improvement directly with your superiors or HR. We only very rarely involve external consultants, e.g. if the knowledge and experience is not sufficiently available internally to strive for optimizations or to break new ground. In an SME, career opportunities are limited, but where we can promote and develop employees, we do so. In recent years, significant sums have been invested in the renewal of the machine park and the extension of the building. We strive for transparent, direct communication with our employees. The doors to the managing director and the division managers are always open for all concerns. Many thanks and best regards

Quite ok to earn money. But do not expect too much.

Interesting projects. Always something new. There could be a lot more here if the internal problems were systematically addressed.

Unfortunately, the employee is literally considered a resource. A resource is "consumed". Cost-cutting measures which, in the end, the employees have to pay for. Planning that is absolutely chaotic. Lean projects that are not followed up halfway and only leave chaos in their wake. Managers who park their car in an escape route and claim that the employee is important to us. Recreation rooms that resemble a prison cell. There is definitely a lack of competent people in various key positions. These points are well known to the management. However, the priority after the high profit has priority. Unfortunately definitely not an employer for people who would like to invest sustainably.
