We think it is a pity that you do not raise your concerns and suggestions for improvement directly with your superiors or HR. We only very rarely involve external consultants, e.g. if the knowledge and experience is not sufficiently available internally to strive for optimizations or to break new ground. In an SME, career opportunities are limited, but where we can promote and develop employees, we do so. In recent years, significant sums have been invested in the renewal of the machine park and the extension of the building. We strive for transparent, direct communication with our employees.
