The working atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Everybody blasphemes about everybody. You are no longer valued as an employee. It's just the numbers that matter. The ZFV headquarters has funny ideas that cannot be put into practice. The possibilities for further training could be expanded. There are flexible working hours in the management level.
