One out of two applications to Planzer received no response. After the following ones, I was quickly and briefly dealt with by telephone. Unfortunately, I injured my foot during the trial and should report again after the healing. After approx. 14 days I contacted you and stated the time for an unrestricted deployment. Then came the answer that I should only announce myself if it is also so far and one on "assumptions" no conversations would like to lead.

It is inhumane and more than superficial not to take time for a conversation and not to even want to talk to any future employees. There's definitely the wrong man in that leadership position. A company should and must devote more time and commitment to its employees. Ultimately, the personnel is the future of the company. The management will definitely be informed of the procedure.

Training and other things are very good. But unfortunately unrealistic... right after that you realize how the rules learned in school can not use at all. Too many stops and if you are fast you still get more. 48 hours on contract... if you don't want a private life then there is for you !
