There is no chance to make a leap in the work, new ideas are immediately put aside to continue with the old ideas that are now obsolete. There are no technological tools, only old outdated and now unused systems to avoid!

Very bad working atmosphere in all departments in the office, no team building in the field, no regular meetings, as the management style of the company is absolutely authoritarian Communication therefore not desired or not possible. New ideas are stifled at the core. No potential for development. No flow of information at all levels about changes in the company. No insight into the coffee roasting plant, probably no self-production?

Dear evaluator Thank you for your critical evaluation. We take these very seriously, because it is important to us to constantly improve. Unfortunately we cannot understand the criticized points. We are always very transparent when it comes to wage payments. The commission component is clearly communicated and the fixed component is in a clear midfield, also taking the industry into account. It is a pity that their ideas of wages deviate from our reality, but this should not be a reason for a bad valuation. Also the mentioned point to the insufficient utensils is not completely comprehensible, particularly since all our employees do not need utensils, but are equipped with all necessary information. Further information and aids can be requested at any time, this is also in the interest of the management. We constantly try to further develop our employees and their skills. Should you nevertheless see this from a different point of view, we will gladly invite you to our branch office in order to deal with your complaints and, if necessary, convince you of the opposite.
