I enjoy working at Bantam every day. Here I can combine my hobby "camping" ideally with my job. The working hours are very good, no overtime and the Fridays are fixed. Your superiors are competent and you feel valued as an employee. The field of activity is very exciting and routine never comes up. We are a great team and work well together. I can only recommend Bantam as an employer, especially if you are a Caper yourself.

I really enjoy working in sales. We are allowed to sell leisure and holidays every day. Since the salesroom was redesigned, we also have bright, beautiful and modern workplaces. In addition, the work is varied and varied. The customer contact is good, because most customers enjoy our caravans and motorhomes and it is a dream for you to go on holiday with your own camper. The working conditions are also correct. The employer pays the accident insurance premium in full and offers free parking. I hope the industry will boom for a long time to come.

We have many interesting customer orders. This is mostly fun because the work is varied. I can also work independently. From time to time there are also activities that I enjoy a little less. We also have a good and very understanding boss and above all a good team in the workshop. I like it very much at Bantam where I have been working for some years now.

The work in sales at Bantam is interesting. I enjoy my job in contact with customers because you learn something new every day. The working hours are as usual in the retail trade, but I don't have to make any more evening sales. Also with Bantam everything is not good but where everything is already good. This year we have five weeks vacation, which is great. I think the new boss has taken the initiative. There is also a lot more communication and the mood in the team is good, but could get even better. The job at Bantam is definitely much more fun for me than my last jobs.

Unfortunately there is not much positive in this company (in my opinion). Very high fluctuation - MA are constantly under stress and pressure. Unfortunately too few personnel to cope with the big rush. Unfortunately, even the stamped working hours are not correct, which is why some employees have already lost holidays. Also important: In case of illness, this employer unfortunately pays only 80% of the salary. (from the first day) Management is completely overwhelmed by the high rush and high fluctuation. Very old-fashioned working, many interfaces, a lot of paper and everything very complicated or inefficient. (generally all departments are overwhelmed) Very exhausting and unpleasant customers in this industry, you really need nerves of steel. Which one can say, however: The wages are always paid on time and the parking spaces are free of charge.

Bantam Camping is a social employer, the developed NowHow and independent work is much in demand.
