HARTING is aware that it is the employees who are the most important asset. For this reason, massive investments are also being made in training and further education. This means that every employee can take language courses in German, English and French, regardless of the company's requirements. This is encouraged and even desired. Individual training is promoted as well as generally accessible courses. But care is also taken to ensure that employees feel comfortable. This happens through small things like free drinks in summertime, distributing ice cream on hot days, Christmas presents, summer parties etc. - but also, of course, by the fact that the employees always have a contact person for worries and needs.
