This works well in the company
From the initial contact, the invitation to the first interview and the subsequent further interviews and exciting assessments, the whole recruitment process was very professional. Within 10 days we were on the same page and I was very happy to sign the employment contract. I am looking forward to starting work soon in this great company.
This could be improved
Due to Corona, not all interviews could be conducted in person at the company. With teams, it's just a little more impersonal. Which I understand 100%, of course.
