Es ist ein durchschnittliches Unternehmen, in dem sich der Einstellungsprozess auf Personen über 50 konzentriert. Mental immer noch in der Vergangenheit lebend und immer noch nicht vorausdenkend Der Geschäftsbereich ist interessant, aber das Management ist noch nicht an das 21. Jahrhundert angepasst.

This works well in the company
The recruitment process is about average speed, I saw a lot of negative comments but from my experience, it was all ok. Even faster than most big companies. As for the company itself, working in the CH headquarters in Oftringen is pretty good. I am in a management position and the team I work with and my superiors are quite collaborative and open to new ideas. I like the company very much so far. The salary is competitive but less than what you would get in the same position if working in Zurich (which is understandable). 4 months in and I am quite happy with the company.

There isn't anything major that I would feel like pointing out.

I was surprised to have had a very quick answer to my speculative application, within less than 12 hours: it was the usual rejection copy-paste email but about the "position I applied for" (???). They forgot to read the object of the email, but at least they reminded to write my name in the answer.
