I agree that some teams have more specific people...I have worked in a very great team...and also with the rest of the workers I had it good you don't have to be "friends" with all of them... It's true that you don't get much support in difficult situations even if you reveal the difficulties... One should simply be aware that one should not talk too much privately and simply do his work and look forward to the always punctual salary, 13th and bonus ... the balance should always be sought outside the employment relationship ....

During my career so far I had seen a lot, but this company and employment conditions were really bad. Everything is forbidden to one and promises are not kept by the superiors one receives in difficult situations no support at all.

False promises are made continuously, which are not kept later. The team cohesion is very bad.
