Friendly, the interviews went well without any problems all were nice.

This could be improved

Give feedback to the applicants at the time that is mentioned. Otherwise at least one message. Doesn't seem appropriate anymore. Something to do with respect. A lot is asked of applicants. As well as to adhere to the submissions and demands of applicants. It doesn't seem to matter the other way around.
