Punctual payment of wages, there are many open ears but few who actively do something.

Appreciation at line manager level is rather poor. The working atmosphere within the department is not bad. Rather difficult across departments. The administrative staff are not really competent. The selection procedure for promotions is questionable. Sympathy is more important than professional competence.

Wages are paid on time, collegiality among drivers is good

The function of the supervisors in the driver's area should be reconsidered. Unfortunately, the patriarchal management styles are not up to date. The tasks that are performed by the supervisors differ greatly, one is godlike and error-free, others are not interested in what you do, very few are really competent.
