I appreciate the open and honest communication at all levels, the humorous teamwork and the respect for work-life balance. I also really appreciate the flexibility of working hours and the trust placed in me by my employer. I feel very valued as an employee.

The modern open-plan office is not the ideal choice for all work activities, but thanks to the positive and collaborative atmosphere and the flexible option to work from home, this is not an obstacle for me.

If there are a lot of employees on site in our open-plan office, it can get a bit noisy. However, this is rarely the case.

You work in a very positive and approachable company atmosphere where individual concerns are always taken into account. Particularly during induction, great importance is attached to ensuring that you are well integrated into easylearn and have a good start. I have never experienced such human interaction in the workplace.

I see no potential for improvement at easylearn - both at team level and at management level!

easylearn and the companies are constantly evolving. This brings with it a dynamic company that is constantly changing. You have to be able to deal with that, you have to love it.

The offices are located in an industrial area and are not easily accessible by public transport. A car is therefore an advantage, as is bringing lunch with you, as there are not so many options nearby. However, the home office arrangements are very generous.

The company is very well positioned in the market and offers TOP training solutions. The infrastructure is up to date and working with the various teams and customers is really fun!

The company is growing, which from the employees' point of view requires a certain flexibility with regard to the ongoing adaptation of existing processes / structures.

I really appreciate the flexibility of the working hours. There is also the opportunity to talk openly with colleagues about any concerns. At the moment I can't think of anything else, except that the open-plan office takes a bit of getting used to at the beginning.

As far as I can tell, everything is going well. Only the open-plan office is not for everyone. However, due to the collegial working relationship, this is not disturbing.
