We, and that means the whole company, are a cool team and are developing a really good learning platform. We treat each other very respectfully and support each other when necessary. Further development is encouraged. Ideas and problems can be discussed openly.

I don't have any suggestions for improvement at the moment. Although the somewhat long commute to work is easily manageable by public transport (the bus stop is very close to the office), I still appreciate the flexible working hours and the home office.

The location is not ideal for employees using public transport

I appreciate the open and honest communication at all levels, the humorous teamwork and the respect for work-life balance. I also really appreciate the flexibility of working hours and the trust placed in me by my employer. I feel very valued as an employee.

The modern open-plan office is not the ideal choice for all work activities, but thanks to the positive and collaborative atmosphere and the flexible option to work from home, this is not an obstacle for me.

If there are a lot of employees on site in our open-plan office, it can get a bit noisy. However, this is rarely the case.

You work in a very positive and approachable company atmosphere where individual concerns are always taken into account. Particularly during induction, great importance is attached to ensuring that you are well integrated into easylearn and have a good start. I have never experienced such human interaction in the workplace.

The offices are located in an industrial area and are not easily accessible by public transport. A car is therefore an advantage, as is bringing lunch with you, as there are not so many options nearby. However, the home office arrangements are very generous.
