Not everything is great at Unia - but that's not the case in most companies. I can't speak for all departments, but basically we have open and fair management, good working conditions and a very human working atmosphere.

Sometimes management needs to take a closer look and prevent people from overworking themselves. But that would also be a bit of personal responsibility on the part of the employees.

I joined Unia to stand up for the Swiss workers. However, when I saw how they were let down, I could no longer stand behind them. As everyone is overworked, members who urgently need help are often ignored. There is an irritable atmosphere and the superiors expect impossible things while they themselves do not perform very well.

Unia should also comply with what it demands from others and likes to publicly denounce. But they do not. The work at Unia is characterized by massive pressure to perform and a bad atmosphere.
