Our brand new office is probably one of the most modern and trendy workplaces in Switzerland. The facilities include open work spaces, meeting rooms that are fully equipped with the latest conference technology, a high tech and innovative infrastructure, private, comfortable single-rooms for regeneration (power-napping, relaxation, etc). We have a professional coffeehouse (à la Starbucks). 33 holidays per year (we close two weeks for Christmas holidays + and on all bank holidays + 25 annual holidays at a 100% pensum. Mobile work & home office up to 100% (decided at team level, so each team decides for itself how many days per week you work from home and in the office). Implenia is a well-known and highly respected brand in Europe. There is the Implenia Academy - where you can join certified (master) classes and career relevant training courses. I work at Implenia for over one year now. They are by far the best employer I had in over a decade! In short: I am proud to work for Implenia!

There are of course always points of improvement. But specific for my role / position I cannot really think of anything that I would see as critical point for improvement. In general I would say we could do better at Employer Branding. Implenia has been the coolest work place I worked for in a long, long time.
