The management hardly gives the impression that it is able to cope with the changes of the next years. Employees who are about to turn 55 are being forced out of the company with questionable performance appraisals. Obviously, there is no intention to make redundancies for operational reasons, because the employees would have to be offered a generous social plan. Career opportunities are rare, all positions are filled with the same employees for years. Personnel development measures worthy of the name are non-existent. The mood is particularly depressing in IT. A position in IT is not recommended.
