This works well in the company

I really enjoy working here, which is partly due to the very informal atmosphere. Despite the very international nature of the business, everything is still very familiar. Everyone is on a first-name basis and there is (almost) always time for a quick chat. Kolb as an employer is highly recommendable.

This could be improved

Of course, not everything is over the top, but it can't be. There is always room for improvement, but here it is already very pleasant.
