The pay is good but you are also expected to work 9 hours a day and work on emails and certain tasks on weekends.
This could be improved
The working climate is very bad. Most employees are not really interested in the company but only in their own salary bag. No good cooperation between the individual teams. Within the individual teams it works however some. Far too many meetings hinder the ability to act and process optimisation.

The people oriented culture and the strong focus on corporate social responsibility are differentiators versus other companies. Positive work climate with many motivated local as well international colleagues.
This could be improved
Corporate environment meaning quite some heavy processes that can still be simplified. Travel requirements for a lot of the jobs as the HQ is located in US/Indianapolis.
