Very dubious company. The advertised positions do not exist, only candidates are to be recruited. There is never a personal interview. Communication is not professional. Profiles are simply forwarded and there is no feedback.

The company should not be allowed to run any more ads.

They basically forward your CV without much understanding whether your profile matches or not. Not clear how is it helping applicants or companies. Also, jobs profiles they publish is usually on the boring side and from the very traditional (=outdated) companies.

Specialized advertisements on marketing positions, which are useless if the file is not processed correctly.

Lack of responses despite numerous applications sent in. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt when sent! This is unprofessional for a recruitment agency! In connection with human beings, isn t it?

Unfortunately, I cannot say anything positive about mosaic from my experience.

I responded to an invitation to tender 2 years ago, which resulted in a poorly written, relatively unprofessional answer. When I asked them what had become of the position, whether they had any feedback on it, and whether they had any other vacancies in the area, it became clear relatively quickly that they had no mandates. Nothing unusual in itself - but anything but transparent. Other employment agencies handle this very differently and clearly communicate in their advertisements that they are looking for exciting profiles but do not have any specific vacancies at the moment. Even from an employer's point of view, it is extremely tedious with mosaics: at my last company we always explicitly stated in the advertisements that we did not accept any dossiers from job agencies. Nevertheless, Mosaik always sent us documents from potential applicants. This is extremely frustrating for anyone looking for a job, because every single application means effort and energy. So from my perspective and experience with Mosaik: I give them a wide berth. The working method doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate whether something is going well in the company, as I have never received any feedback on my applications.

I have now applied several times for different positions, but I have never received any feedback.
