Conflicts among employees are loaded onto individuals and they are systematically marginalized. Bored and unmotivated supervisors still want to give tips for motivation. Good working atmosphere!
Working at SRO AG was fun. It has many great people in key positions who are constantly developing the hospital at an appropriate pace. In many places there is a "sense of togetherness" in the teams!
