Although there are over 200 employees at the Bellach site, we are serious about our needs and suggestions for improvement and are taken seriously. The complexity of a trolleybus or E-bus is explained by the engineers in such a simplified way that even career changers get the chance to work in the production. Further training is supported and partly or completely financed. Every year new special conditions with fitness center, restaurant etc. in the area are developed for the employees of the HESS Group.
