About you as a candidate: You are Switzerland or EU based, are fluent in written and spoken german and/ or french and ready for a change. You may be within the first 10 years of your career, or the last. You may be a double PHD or have basic high-school-level qualifications. You must be eligible to work in Switzerland. All potential hires will be expected to pass a security check. About Buddi SA: Buddi SA is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Justice authorities and police forces on five continents use our leading Buddi technology (software and devices) and associated services for offender management and electronic monitoring. EM applications worldwide range from probation (including curfews, alcohol orders), domestic violence, prisons, terrorism, immigration, vulnerable youth, football hooligans, mental health clinics and certain types of community care amongst others. Buddi is the chosen partner of the Swiss EM Organisation. Key Buddi design and development activities are based in Rickmansworth, just outside London in the UK. Key manufacturing facilities are based in Norwich, UK. New product development is based in Scotland. The core Buddi team has an average of 10+ years with the company. Buddi is excited to be building a support hub in Switzerland, modeled on our other geo-local hubs as a smart way to support our Swiss and European customers. About the role: You will play an important part in building and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through the day to day delivery of services to users of Buddi EM software and devices including: 1. Enabling Swiss cantonal users to work effectively and efficiently with the Buddi electronic monitoring software and devices through the smart provision of help desk services during cantonal office hours; liaise closely with the global Buddi UK 24/7 Customer Service Team as needed to redirect technical issues through to resolution in full within agreed service levels 2. Ensuring Swiss cantonal users have access to the right devices at the right time in the right place through the provision of agile and efficient stock management in Switzerland; liaise closely with the Buddi UK logistics team to ensure right first time delivery to stock from the UK to Switzerland, and to manage returns. 3. Building and enhancing competency/ capability in the application of Buddi software through the design, organization and delivery of impactful activities including training. Proactively draw on help desk and other operational data worldwide to inform these activities as part of a continuous improvement way of working. 4. Supporting day to day Buddi SA business operations, in line with Buddi UK and Buddi SA protocols, including service level monitoring and reporting (Microsoft WORD, XLS, PPT); invoicing process; occasional audits; other 5. Supporting the Head of Swiss EM as agreed from time to time in related activities to promote and advance the EM vision within Switzerland, including organizing and running an annual event for Swiss EM users 6. Supporting unrelated activities of Buddi UK outside of Switzerland as requested; accelerated learning in terms of innovative strategy, agile planning, business development, execution, change management, analytics If you feel you are the right candidate, we want to hear from you.
