I found the accompaniment through the job search with Mrs. Brombeiss very good. She only suggested jobs that fit my personality well, so that you are really satisfied and don't end up unemployed again. She was always very friendly and does her job really well. Once again a thank you.

Specific questions about my values and what is important to me in a job gave me the impression that it is really important for Ms. Brombeiss to understand the person as a whole. This means not only to classify and convey the skills, but also that he or she can identify well with the future company and feels comfortable there.

Very nice and professional interview on the phone. I felt taken seriously and Mrs. Brombeiss asked many good questions which were aimed at me as a personality, rather than just picking up information about numbers, dates and facts which are visible in CV anyway. At Job Solution you are not a number or the buzzer of all jobs, but a person with an individual personality.

Maybe listen better to the candidate (more attention to certain topics/arguments) and a better wording to the employer after the candidate statement.
