I cannot judge what is going well, because I have only had a rather bad experience with this personnel trust company. At least they called me, although under the circumstances this could also be seen as criticism.

tldr; Boasting with the good Jobs.ch reviews, on Google the exact opposite. Very arrogant, unfriendly and presumptuous, I cannot recommend at all. For weeks no answer on inquiry, how it looks like with applications/jobs. All report the same experiences with the known intermediary and the company. I also had an extremely unpleasant conversation with him. The agent was very condescending and presumptuous, as if he had written the CV himself. Besides, I was lucky that he chose me to find the only real job that I have been waiting for all my life. I had to listen to his monologue for 10 minutes without getting a word in edgewise. When I interrupted him, because he was allowing himself too much with his reproaches and ideas about my career, he snapped at me and began again, without going into further detail, to talk about his 60 years of experience. When he was finally finished, he bragged about the good reviews on jobs.ch and told me to report about my experiences on it, which I am now doing. After the phone call I didn't hear anything more and I don't know what happened to my documents either. I've been waiting for an answer for weeks, but probably the agent has already found a new victim. I don't expect this rating to remain on jobs.ch for long, as it is already very noticeable that the ratings here contradict those of Google. I would therefore generally not trust the reviews on this platform.
