I liked my work, the working hours and, on the whole, the working atmosphere. What I found great was that I always had a shift supervisor at my side.

I worked at Cartaseta over 9 years ago. I was still young and had no business experience. I didn't realize what a relaxed job I had. In the meantime, I've grown older and gained a lot of experience. Also as a team leader. After everything became too much for me where I was, I often thought back. My job wasn't monotonous at all. I could really let off steam.

The HR team was very friendly and everything was well organized from A-Z. The employees were helpful and I was immediately very well accepted into the team. The application process was very honest, informative and friendly. I hadn't felt this comfortable in a long time. The personnel manager was even able to provide detailed information about the machines and production, which I have also rarely seen. Therefore, many thanks and TOP application process
