WP certainly has potential to develop in the management area. However, this has also been identified and is being developed. Sometimes the workload is very high due to a high order situation, sometimes a little more work-life balance would not be bad. But WP offers flexible working time models and home office options to counteract this.

During the application process, everything ran smoothly and was always kept up to date. I was very happy when I got the approval after the second interview. Today I especially appreciate the very pleasant work in the teams, which are very helpful and courteous.

Too bad the desks are not height-adjustable. For tall people this can be a bit uncomfortable depending on the size.
