The first response to the application came very quickly. Also to arrange the interview dates, the communication was very good and consideration was given to the needs.

The application process at Biogen in Luterbach was already very advanced (interviews with team) and then unfortunately I heard nothing more from the company. I called several times and was always put off and finally I saw about 2 months after the interviews that the application was deleted in the job profile. I would have liked a short feedback from the company. Even a standard response would have sufficed. I find it a bit disrespectful that I didn't receive an answer at all, since I invested quite a bit of time for the interviews.
