Take their business seriously. And are very friendly. You get an SMS for important information in addition to the email.

Offer a future interview to the applicant who is to be placed. Where and how to search (was done). But it can be done even better as a follow-up.

Good impression regarding the cooperation between L&G employees.

The applicant should be sent possible job advertisements and/or written to from time to time and asked where he/she is with the job search. So he should not be forgotten.

Considering that I, as an applicant, can only assess this point to a limited extent, I got the impression that this company is very well structured. Therefore, the whole application process was well thought out, well organized and the employees were very helpful. The recruiters are very nice and always concerned about the welfare of their clients.

I was presented with two offers at a company. I applied for one of those jobs. The other one was "extra". During an interview at the company it quickly became clear that the first position was almost taken internally. Unfortunately my profile did not really fit to the other one. I think - a small misunderstanding in the application process. Everything else is fine.
