The company is family-run. It also offers older employees Ü50 very good conditions and the knowledge and experience are gladly accepted and implemented in the best possible way. In contrast to other companies, the focus is on the employees. Independent work is desirable and one also receives the support of superiors. Training and further education is also offered and supported to all employees. The collegial relationship is excellent and there is always help among each other. Now that I'm retired, I don't work at T&N anymore. I highly recommend T&N.
