Much is invested in the further training and development of employees. The cooperation is very collegial, if you don't make any progress yourself you get uncomplicated support. This company has opposing values, was placed for an interview by the Swiss German division from a Support services manager who knew me directly and recommended my to the hiring manager in the French region where I lived and spoken all languages, but it seemed like this person had opposing views at the interview stage and did not view my candidature as been inline with his pre-designed views.
