At the beginning of my training it was always said that the Adullam was one of the best training institutions. For me, this statement has not been true for a long time. This is also the reason for writing this text. I have no doubts at all about the vocational trainers, because they "simply" carry out their work under every working condition in the departments. Personally, I see much more a mistake in the upper management, which simply doesn't want to understand that "too much" too little personnel is hired and thus their existing employees are completely burned. This in turn unfortunately affects the people who have chosen the Adullam as the last stage of their lives. For as professional as you are in this working state, it is reflected in these people after a long time. Let's get back to the subject of being an apprentice. Due to this constant shortage of personnel, we apprentices are permanently classified as 100% nursing staff and in my opinion are cheap workers who have to function 120%. By running at the limit (120%), it will also heat up the trainees. With this text I would like to point out: even if you really like this profession, in such work situations it will only work for you and consume your own body.
